My Journey

From Pain to Purpose

Born 3 weeks premature, struggling to breathe from day one.

Faced chronic health issues: gut problems, developmental delays, anxiety, and constant doctor visits.

Felt like an outsider growing up, with a fragile body, racing mind, and never feeling "normal".

Middle School to Diagnosis

By middle school, wasn't growing like others - stayed very small.

Diagnosed with a pineal brain tumor that had silently stunted growth and hormone production for years.

As a freshman at 4'9", became the target of extreme bullying:

  • Physically assaulted
  • Mocked daily
  • Had knives pulled on me
  • Lived in constant fear and survival mode

Rock Bottom

Developed a binge eating disorder as a coping mechanism.

Lost my best friend to cancer, was cut from basketball, and officially diagnosed with the tumor.

That year nearly broke me, but I chose to fight back.

The Comeback

Focused on mental, emotional, and physical transformation.

By senior year I grew, rebuilt my body, and earned 12+ college basketball scholarships.

Never forgot the pain, especially moments like being soaked in slop by the football team and humiliated in public.

More Setbacks

Right before graduation:

  • Cheated on and heartbroken
  • Survived a near-fatal car crash
  • Relapsed into depression and binge eating
  • Became isolated and barely functional - felt like a ghost

Turning Point

Started therapy, slowly breaking emotional walls.

Realized my struggles weren't about food - they were about trauma and feeling unsafe.

Fitness became my lifeline:

  • Weightlifting = therapy
  • Macros = structure
  • Training = purpose
  • "Progressive overload" = life philosophy

Building a Mission

Created JACKed Fitness Coaching to help others transform inside and out.

Entered modeling to reclaim confidence and prove my worth to myself.

Featured on Legacy Makers TV/Podcast to share my full story with the world.

Faith + Purpose

Jesus Christ was my foundation - His voice reminded me: "This pain has purpose".

My faith carried me through hospital beds, heartbreak, and the darkest times.
